Hi! I'm Natalia and I serve as the design editor for Irrigating Deserts. Though I've lived both overseas and in the States, I'm currently studying Communications at Boyce College, and Louisville, Kentucky feels like home! In my free time, I frequent local coffee shops to work on creative writing projects. I write poetry for pleasure, and I'm also working on a writing project for a nonprofit here in Louisville. I cannot wait to further my writing experience through this blog and learn to apply classroom concepts to real-world situations!

Hello! My name is Mariah and I am the content editor of Irrigating Desserts Blog. I am a 21-year-old Communications major who is pursuing the journey Christ is leading me on at Boyce College. I love the opportunity to earn my degree while growing a deeper foundation and relationship with Yahweh, and that is why I am excited about this blog! Our team is excited to talk about the importance of media, culture, and society from our perspective as Christians studying at a religious institute. Hey there! I'm Meg, the chief editor here at Irrigating Deserts. I'm originally from Los Angeles, California, and am currently a junior Humanities major at Boyce College in Louisville. My passions include reading, writing, singing, spending time outside, knowing people, and understanding how they work.
